What is the SkinSheek LIFT?
The SkinSheek LIFT uses noninvasive ultrasound technology to target its treatment effects based upon your needs. It is FDA Cleared to Lift the skin. Without puncturing the skin's surface, the LIFT targets its treatment to reduce fat volume, contour, lift, and tighten the skin. If you are not ready for the knife (and the sticker shock that goes with it), this is your treatment!
The LIFT directly delivers high intensity ultrasound energy to targeted areas to stimulate your body to create new collagen at the source. This collagen plumps the skin to reduce wrinkles and tighten skin restoring a more youthful appearance in only a matter of weeks. The results last much longer than injections and easily maintained.
The LIFT can be used on the face and body to achieve results comparable to a face or body lift without the incision scars or the empty wallet. Body measurements taken before and immediately after treatment confirms the effect. This technology is effective for all skin tones unlike lasers and IPL.

TREATMENT TIME: This is based on the size of the area to be treated. Treatment includes evaluation, pre-treatment documentation and photography, and area mapping. Eyes take approximately 15-30 minutes while a full face and neck treatment takes approximately 90 minutes with larger body parts taking additional time.
COMFORT: Comfort levels vary by person and area treated. Unlike the old Ultherapy, this treatment has improved greatly over the last five years. You can expect to feel a tingling or warmth sensation to mild discomfort. This discomfort is very brief and only lasts while the ultrasound is being delivered. Areas with thin skin and little/no fat can be more sensitive such as eyes, forehead and bony prominences. Unlike other brand-name treatments using this technology, the LIFT allows power adjustments for a more comfortable experience.
RESULTS: While there is an inflammatory response seen immediately post-treatment, the collagen induction effect occurs over the period of 2-3 months. Since, is treatment triggers your body's own collagen production, you can expect to see approximately 10% of the result during the first month, 10% of the result during the second month, and 80% of the result during the third month. It is a gradual and natural-looking change which is why it is helpful to document the conditions prior to the treatment as it may be difficult for you to see the natural transformation as you inspect your face or body on a daily basis. When you see the pre-treatment photo compared to the photos several weeks later, you will be surprised by the progress!
HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE NEEDED: Some Clients will only need one treatment, however, based on the degree of skin laxity, the biological response to ultrasound energy and the Client's collagen-building processes, most will benefit from additional treatments. Packages of 3 treatments are offered at a discount which should meet or exceed the needs for most facial concerns.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS: The skin may initially appear flushed which should dissipate within a few hours. Some may experience temporary swelling, tingling, or tenderness to the touch. Less common post-procedure effects may include temporary bruising or small areas of numbness. As with any cosmetic procedure, there is a possibility of rare and serious complications including development of palpable subcutaneous nodules and/or motor nerve paresis. Fortunately, these effects are temporary, and the areas of risk are blocked off during face mapping and avoided all together which is why time is taken to carefully map the treatment areas before treatment begins. These symptoms would occur within the first 12 hours after treatment and would resolve within 2-6 weeks. No permanent nerve injury has been reported to date.
